This policy explains how LILIATRUST handles personal data collected through the website liliatrust.com. It applies the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for people in Morocco, Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), subject and message — used only to answer your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
  • Email and WhatsApp: when you write to us directly, we receive the details you choose to share, for the same purpose. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
  • Job applications: the CV and information you send to career@liliatrust.com, used to assess your application.
  • Audience statistics: anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, used to improve the website.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and job applications are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Who receives it

Your data is only accessed by the LiliaTrust team and by the service providers we use to run the website: Cloudflare (hosting and statistics), Web3Forms (contact form delivery) and Zoho (email). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union and Morocco; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, which is why no cookie banner is shown.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@liliatrust.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France, cnil.fr) or the CNDP (Morocco, cndp.ma).

Data processed inside the LiliaTrust Pro platform (liliatrust.vercel.app) is covered by the platform's own privacy notice.
